Eric has often been told that he is not a stereotypical accountant. Sure, he absolutely loves numbers, accounting, and taxes (who doesn’t?) but what really keeps him going are the relationships he has with his clients and coworkers. Eric truly is a “people person,” which is one of many things that sets him apart from other accountants. Prior to launching Gray CPA, LLC, Eric worked many years at large regional and national accounting firms, where he received fantastic mentorship and began learning how to be a leader.

Towards the end of that chapter, he realized that his passion was in helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and everyday community members achieve their various goals. The big firms gave him a solid foundation from which he has been able to build a fantastic company helping as many people as possible.

Outside of work, Eric loves sports, traveling, food, and just being outside. He was born in Portland, Oregon and has also lived in Texas and now Minnesota with his beautiful family. He earned his B.S. in accounting and finance (double major) from Portland State University.

Tax Manager

Will has been working in public accounting since he graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2014. He is an Enrolled Agent and specializes in providing tax minimization strategies, planning, and compliance for small businesses and individuals. He enjoys helping clients navigate through the ever changing tax landscape and works hard to be a trusted advisor to each of his clients.

Will resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife and three daughters. He is a die-hard Vols fan and spends most of his free time at local parks with his family or watching sports.

Sharon received her bachelors degree from the University of South Florida and is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Sharon has a strong real estate, property management and construction background from her lengthy position as a Controller for a Tampa Real Estate Developer.

Director of Operations

Caroline is currently in school at Minnesota State University Moorhead pursuing a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. She has been working in administration in public accounting for almost 4 years, and enjoys giving high quality products and customer service to our clients.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys reading, singing in choirs and playing one of the many instruments she plays, snuggling her dogs and playing with her nieces and nephews. Caroline is also a Timberwolves fan and cheers them on from the stands at Target Center as many times as she can during the season!
